How to Change Revit Sheet Print and PDF Order
Revit lets you edit the order of selected views and sheets for print or export. Set the order before creating a combined PDF or sending a large print set.
Browse CADPlotting articles dedicated to Revit printing and PDF output. Topics include sheets, Print Setup, view and sheet sets, native PDF workflows, lineweights, raster/vector behavior and troubleshooting. The category complements the main Revit Printing hub with focused articles.

Revit Print Settings can be transferred between projects using Transfer Project Standards, which is useful for consistent office paper, zoom, appearance and processing rules.
For scale-critical Revit sheets, Autodesk recommends printing at 100% and matching the printer paper size to the sheet title block.
Revit has reusable selections for printing and for native PDF export, but the surrounding output workflows differ. Understand whether you are managing sheet membership, Print Settings or PDF Export Setup.
A Revit title block and printer paper must represent the same physical sheet for a 100% issue print. If they do not match, fix the paper/title-block standard instead of using Fit as a permanent workaround.
Revit can process print output as vector or raster depending on the settings and view content. Vector is usually preferable for clean technical linework; raster is required for some visual effects.
Revit raster quality should be high enough for the actual sheet content, not automatically set to the maximum. High-DPI raster images can make PDFs very large and slow.
Revit lineweights are not AutoCAD CTB mappings. Revit uses numbered lineweight assignments that map to real printed widths, with model lineweights varying by view scale.
Revit Print Setup lets you choose Black Lines, Grayscale or Color output. The correct option depends on the deliverable, and the printer driver can still affect the final physical result.
