AutoCAD Border Cut Off When Plotting: Causes and Fixes
A cut-off border usually means the title block extends beyond the selected device's printable area, the wrong paper size is selected, or downstream PDF/printer scaling is changing the sheet.

Your goal: Find why one or more border edges are missing and fix the real paper/margin problem.
Where to start: Compare Plot Preview, the generated PDF and the physical print.
Beginner rule: Do not shrink the entire drawing first. Find whether clipping begins in AutoCAD Preview, in the PDF, or only on paper.
Step by step — follow this in AutoCAD
Step 1 — Check Plot Preview
Where: Ctrl+P > Preview.
Do this: See whether the border is already cut off.
Check: You know if problem starts in AutoCAD.
Step 2 — Check paper
Where: PAGESETUP > Paper Size.
Do this: Compare exact dimensions with title block.
Check: No near-size mismatch.
Step 3 — Check printable area
Where: Layout dashed boundary.
Do this: Look at each border edge.
Check: Outside geometry is identified.
