A real DWT should include your tested Page Setup, plot style, fields, layers and office standards. The DXF files are editable geometry sources. Open/import them in AutoCAD, build the real paper-space standard, test PDF/plotter output, then save the validated file as DWT.

The starter inner border is not a guaranteed plotter printable area. Adjust it only after checking the real production device or approved PDF workflow.
