Text Missing from AutoCAD PDF: Causes and Fixes
Missing text in an AutoCAD PDF can come from missing source fonts, font substitution, PDF font handling, layer or plot settings, or text already absent in Preview. Check the source drawing before changing PDF options.

Step by step — follow this in AutoCAD
Step 1 — Check Plot Preview
Where: AutoCAD > Ctrl+P > Preview.
Do this: Look specifically for missing labels or notes.
Check: You know whether the problem already exists before PDF creation.
Step 2 — Check the Page Setup
Where: PAGESETUP > Modify.
Do this: Confirm PDF PC3, paper, Plot Area, 1:1 Layout scale and CTB/STB.
Check: The common output controls are known.
Step 3 — Check text in AutoCAD
