Lines Missing from AutoCAD PDF: Causes and Fixes
Missing lines in a PDF can come from non-plot layers, viewport layer freezing, white or faint plot colors, extremely thin output, clipping, or geometry already absent in Plot Preview. Compare one missing line with a nearby line that plots correctly.

Step by step — follow this in AutoCAD
Step 1 — Check Plot Preview
Where: AutoCAD > Ctrl+P > Preview.
Do this: Look specifically for missing line geometry.
Check: You know whether the problem already exists before PDF creation.
Step 2 — Check the Page Setup
Where: PAGESETUP > Modify.
