AutoCAD Plot Not Printing to Scale: Beginner Fixes
When an AutoCAD plot is not to scale, check the problem in order: drawing units, viewport or Model Space plot scale, Layout 1:1, PDF page size, then printer/viewer scaling. Do not change all of them at once.

The viewport is 1:100 but a 5 m wall prints as 47 mm instead of 50 mm. If the PDF itself measures 50 mm, AutoCAD is correct and the scaling error is happening when the PDF is printed.
