Sheet Set Manager Uses the Wrong CTB: How to Fix It
If every sheet in a Sheet Set publishes with the wrong colors or lineweights, compare one sheet's normal Page Setup with the Page Setup Override used by the batch. A shared wrong CTB usually points to the override, not 50 separate Layout problems.

Step by step — follow this in AutoCAD
Step 1 — Plot one affected sheet by itself
Where: Open the Layout > Ctrl+P > Preview.

Check: You know whether the Layout itself is already wrong.
Step 2 — Open Sheet Set Manager
Where: View > Palettes > Sheet Set Manager.
Do this: Open the project DST and select the same sheet.

Step 6 — Publish one good + one formerly bad sheet
Where: Sheet Set Manager > select two sheets > Publish Using Page Setup Override.
Do this: Use the corrected override.
Check: The same standard now works on both sheets.
Step 7 — Publish the full package
Where: Only after the two-sheet test passes.
Do this: Review representative lineweights/colors in the final PDF.
Check: The batch CTB problem is resolved.
