How to Plot an AutoCAD Drawing to PDF

Where to start: Open the finished Layout and confirm its viewport scales and title block are already correct.

Step by step — follow this in AutoCAD
Step 1 — Open the production Layout
Where: Bottom tabs > Layout.
Do this: Use the finished sheet.
Check: Title block and viewports are visible.
Step 2 — Open Plot
Where: Output > Plot > Plot or Ctrl+P.
Do this: Open the Plot dialog.
Check: Printer/Plotter, Paper Size and Plot Area are visible.
Step 3 — Select a PDF preset
